Wedding Anniversaries , November

Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads, which sew people together through the years.

Simone Signoret

Shown below are six couple whose weddings we have shot all celebrating an November anniversary. From 2005 to 2007.

Best wishes to all from Alfonse Pagano Photography Weddings  for all upcoming Wedding Anniversaries.

We are not the same persons this year as last; nor are those we love. It is a happy chance if we, changing, continue to love a changed person.

“Some people ask the secret of our long marriage. We take time to go to a restaurant two times a week. A little candlelight, dinner, soft music and dancing. She goes Tuesdays, I go Fridays.”

I could not resist ! wedding photography on the fly. Finding inspiration in the moment.

New York Minute
Farmer John and the Bride Times Square NYC

I could not resist…Finding Inspiration in the moment.¬† I have done countless portrait sessions with brides and grooms in the middle of Times Square. As My portrait sessions tend to get a bit animated, inevitably a crowd will gather sometimes hundreds of tourists will be surrounding¬† us while we shoot. I saw what looked like a farmer from Nebraska, plaid shirt, suspenders,John Dere hat….. and just did what comes naturally to me. I grabbed him and posed him with the bride! A memory for him to take back home.Fun for the tourists, great for the bride, good practice for my “pull something out of a hat ” Gene. All in a days work
